Jedits is intended to be a general purpose model railroad control application.
It should combine the joys of manually controlling the trains
with enough intelligence for automated control.

Jedits does not drive the trains directly. For this an interface is required which is called the controller. Several controllers are and will be supported. For now, the supported controllers are Edits Pro and MPTC. The software is designed to easily add support for other controllers of new version of controllers.
Currently this project is in a development stage, but already the software
is quite fun to play with.
